Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

After your order is processed, it will be shipped from our fulfillment partner overseas.

Please note: During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Time

Since we work with international suppliers, orders are shipped directly from our warehouse partners.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Canada & USA: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier delays.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

There are no hidden fees.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

In most cases, there are no additional charges upon delivery. However, international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
