If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items may not be eligible for return once opened.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund

We will make it right.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Because we ship directly from our international fulfillment partner, return addresses may vary. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
